- Zoning: Lots are undeveloped and non-exploited.

- The invoice for Municipal Taxes has not been updated and the municipal value is estimated on the previous ownership of 17 lots in 2023 and therefore the amount indicated is estimated according to the area (square meter) for 10 lots in 2023.

- The seller does not have in his possession: a Staking Plan nor a Technical Description or a certificate of location; water analysis nor soil study for these lots and therefore if such documents or expertise are required to proceed with the sale, such documents or expertise shall be the responsibility of the buyer to obtain from the experts and at the total expense of the buyer.

PS: On September 18, 2023, the seller was informed that according to the urban planning departments of the city of Lac des Écorces, part of its 7 lots is occupied by wetland.
